Suggested use: (these guidelines will be included with your set!)
Gratitude- every morning, write down three things you're grateful for. Big, small, you deserve it all!
Action- choose 1-3 things you'd like to do each day. I usually start with a feeling I'd like to have, and choose an action for that. For example: I'd like to feel brave. So my action will be to reach out to a company through an email.
Reflection: before bed, write 1-2 sentences about one good thing that happened during the day. Our minds tend to want to focus on the challenges we face, or the bad things that happen, but we can train our minds to notice the good things that happen around us daily!
